Jane Karani has over 17 years of experience in senior corporate leadership. She is a strategic leader, human capital expert, HR innovation and transformation leader, talent strategist, people engagement specialist, workplace culture and diversity leader.
Mrs. Karani has extensive experience in supporting organisations to build a cohesive people engagement culture. She has a special interest in strengthening gender equality in the workplace and works to improve women’s representation on boards and in management.
She is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at LTWP and oversees the overall responsibility for optimising the performance and efficiency of the organisation’s staff. Her role includes providing a comprehensive strategy to guide talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, performance appraisal and feedback.
