Ref: Invitation to Submit Company Profiles and Statutory Documentation to Lake Turkana Wind Power (LTWP) and Winds of Change (WoC)
Dear Sir/Madam,
LTWP and WoC are reaching out to all companies registered and operating within Marsabit County with the aim of establishing a comprehensive database for future communication, collaboration, and potential engagement opportunities. For avoidance of doubt: Inclusion in said database does not entitle companies to future engagement opportunities.
We hereby extend an open invitation to your organization to voluntarily submit your company profile, along with the following statutory documents:
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
- Valid Copy of Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC);
- Valid Copy of Business Permit for Marsabit County;
- Valid Copy of Annual Practicing licence from National Construction Authority (NCA), if applicable;
- Valid Copy of CR12; and,
- NCA7 and above, if applicable.
The information collected will be used solely by LTWP and WoC for administrative, communication, and engagement planning purposes and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
